- Sending 45k emails a day, twice per week

- The company was brand new and had no email campaigns set up prior
- I handled everything; code, design, data management, policy and legal coverage, and much more
- I collaborated with employees individually to customize their campaigns
- Every newsletter came with a landing page to generate b2b leads - I used WordPress, Elementor, and Gravity Forms
- After 4 months of establishing, I trained them on maintenance; and went on my way as a freelancer does
A local mortgage lender wanted to create and send emails for their 15+ account representatives, and we sent 1.2 million emails over 4 months.
The recipients of the mail were mortgage brokers. The emails were linked to landing pages with forms.
Each employee’s list was in their own separate Mailchimp account. With their photo and contact details in their templates.
They were bombarded with responses like we never imagined. And it was a driving force to some major growth. By the end of 4 months I trained the staff on how to continue the process. With many custom templates to play with, they could continue to grow without any help.
The project required a lot of data management, with room for little error.
